Dear Patricia,

When you first started assisting me on March 6, 2004 at Lake Barrington Woods, I was in a very poor physical condition.

Although I had chosen to move into independent living, I was more likely destined for assisted living or even a nursing facility.

Thanks to your excellent care along with my doctor's supervision, it is highly unlikely that I will be unable to remain in independent living.

I do appreciate all your unfailing professional care and cheerful manner, and thank you very much.
