Once at the CareSource page click on Lotsa Helping Hands to navigate to the page where you can set up a personal community. It can include friends, neighbors and family and help members stay connected to organize the care of their loved ones.

www.benefitscheckup.org - Free services from the National Council on Aging; lists more than 1000 federal and state assistance programs for older adults. An online questionnaire helps the user identify what programs he/she may be entitled to, along with instructions on how to apply for them.
