In her 35 years of providing services to seniors in retirement communities, rehabilitation centers, and in the home health care industry, Patricia has gained vast knowledge and expertise in caring for seniors. She has a caring heart and is truly in the business to promote independence to seniors through providing quality care.

Thanks to his Mother, Patricia, Michael developed a passion for enriching the quality of life for seniors at an early age. He has been dedicated to providing care to seniors for the past 10 years. As the President of the company, his goal is to help seniors by providing quality services throughout Illinois and soon, nationwide.

Iris Santiago, Human Resources

Iris has been the Director of Human Resources for In Home Services since October 2007. She has a background as an Occupational Therapist which helps her understand client needs. In her 10 years of experience in making assessments for clients, she brings a strong understanding of what is needed to enrich the quality of life for seniors while promoting their independence.

George Fedyna, Regional Director of Marketing

George has been in sales, marketing, and management for over 30 years. Having worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing, in some of Illinois' premier retirement communities, he has developed a great understanding of the needs of the residents as well as the communities in which they live. While working as the Director of Sales and Marketing, George referred the first client to In Home Services and the rest is history.

Brittany Raupp, Public Relations Coordinator

As a recent graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Public Relations and Communication Studies, Brittany, is the Public Relations Coordinator for In Home Services. Brittany works to develop relationships and partnerships within In Home Services and the local community. She plans special events, senior expos, and fundraisers to raise awareness of promoting the independence of seniors.
