Dear Pat ,

I am writing to thank you for providing such personal, attentive and professional care for my mom while she lived at Lake Barrington Woods. You were responsive to her and my needs all the time she was there. Because of you I did not have to worry about anyone taking something from her apartment, or mistreating her in any way. When, and if, changes needed to be made you understood and always accommodated your clients. Their best interests were yours, a refreshing feeling in today's business world.

A favorite memory is seeing the two of you sitting on her couch laughing from the belly. I knew my mom would be ok under the watchful and careful eye of you and your staff. She told me that she had never met anyone like you before - someone able to be stern and sweet at the same time.

I know you are very particular about who you hire and appreciate your scrutiny. I viewed the staff that cared for my mom as God's angels on earth. They wore smiles on their faces; they were attentive, and careful in their duties. As owner of the company I know it is you who sets the tone. I thank you for your services to my mother, for keeping her safe, and letting her be the unique, loving person she was.
