Our Caregivers come from all walks of life but share one thing in common, they are all kind and compassionate. Our caregivers are constantly impacting the lives of our clients and often, after a short time, our clients begin to think of our caregivers as family. Each of our caregivers has received hands on training, exceeding the amount of training required by the Illinois Department of Public Health, at Matthews Home Health and Caregiver Center. Each caregiver also attends monthly in-services instructed by our nurses to keep them continuously educated and informed.

Every month our Leadership and Director team sits down and has a round table discussion about our staff. This process was created to continually develop and ensure our high standards of quality care. From these discussions we are able to identify caregivers who have gone above and beyond, exceeding even our high standards, and demonstrating that they hold our mission and vision close at heart. For this, we recognize the best of the best as our "Caregiver of the Month".
