After 25 years in the health care field and managing home health care agencies the Founder and Administrator of In Home Services, Patricia Ann Livesay-Smith experienced first hand the industry's greatest challenge, maintaining competent staff at competitive rates. In Home Services was developed as a bright alternative to the "traditional" high cost home care agencies. With In Home Services people are receiving better care, at lower rates, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
